Shipping & Handling
We ship all our items Australia wide with a Fragile Courier Service, fully insured to the valued of the purchased price.
All Rural and country areas will take a maximum of three to four business days.
Each item that is sent is professionally packaged so there is 100% no damage or breakages during shipment.
The shipping fee advertised with each item is all inclusive of full insurance.
Delivery Times: Please allow up to 7-14 days Please allow for these shipping times before making the purchase, should you have any questions regarding the delivery time please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
Special Despatch Requests: We understand that items such as ours are purchased as a gift & sometimes can be left till the last minute. Therefore if you are running short of time and need your item delivered to you by a certain date please contact us before making your purchase and we will advise if we are able to meet your dead line & have the item(s) delivered by the requested date. We will do our upmost to meet your request!
International Clients: Please contact us with your delivery details for shipping rates. All items are also sent to your door registered and insured with tracking number via Air Mail.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of all items once despatched.
Return Policy
You must be absolutely delighted with your purchase.
If for any reason whatsoever you are not, simply let us know and we will refund your investment in full within 14days. No Questions Asked.
